It’s time once more for another PokerStars Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) All-Stakes Tournament Poker Series. Running April 2 – 12, the SCOOP will be a $30 million guaranteed tournament series featuring 22 different poker events.
New players looking to take advantage of the 2009 PokerStars promo code can do so by simply downloading the poker software from PokerStars.com and creating your account. Depositing is quick and easy and you’ll be playing online in minutes.
Unique in structure, each event in the SCOOP will have 3 different buy-ins, so that players at all skill and income levels can play at their respective stakes. At each level, PokerStars promises the winners an impressive guaranteed prize pool.
All different poker variants will be represented, including Texas Holdem, Omaha, 7-Card Stud, 5-Card Draw, Triple Draw, Lowball, and even a pair of Mixed Game events. The main event will take two days to play out and, at the highest stakes level, will pay out a guaranteed $5 million; the mid-level guaranteeing $3 million; and the lowest stakes promising a $1 million payout.
PokerStars will of course be offering numerous satellite opportunities to win seats in the various SCOOP tournaments, starting for as low as $2.20. The site will also honor FPPs (Frequent Player Points) for entry into these various satellite events.
If smaller field tournaments are more your style, you should consider joining PlayersOnly, a skin on the Cake Poker network. If you use this PlayersOnly promo code you can maximize your deposit bonus up to $1000 bucks and you can use your normal MasterCard or Visa. They have one of the highest acceptance rates of credit cards online.

The EuroCity Poker Tour is coming up on April 3, and its sponsor, TitanPoker, is running satellites (and super satellites!) awarding free seats to players savvy and dedicated enough to win them.
It’s not easy, but there are several ways to win those seats–with 3 separate, tiered satellite “structures” to choose from. Every week between now and the end of March, TitanPoker will be awarding 3 prize packages for the Salzburg, Austria event–one each on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Players can enter these satellites for as little as $0.60 and climb their way up the ladder, rung by rung. Or alternatively, players can skip to the final run for as little as $44.
Best of all, players aren’t restricted to choosing just one satellite structure over the others but rather can enter all three each week, if they like.
The prize package for the ECPT includes 4 nights paid accommodations at the Alpine Palace Card Casino, a 5-star resort in the Austrian Alps, along with 3 meals for 2 each day, and approximately $635, as well as tickets to an exclusive Welcome party to be held on April 2.
